Teamsters have a conference in Vegas. Union rep is looking for something to do. He figures what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, so he checks out some brothels. Gets to the first brothel and says to the madam, “I have two questions. You union or non-union, and what’s the house’s take?” Madam says, “We’re non-union and the house takes 80%. Union rep says, “That’s obscene” and leaves in a huff. Union rep hits a second brothel and asks the madam the same two questions. Madam responds they’re non-union and the house takes 75%. Union rep leaves and finds a third brothel. The madam tells hims it’s a union establishment and the house splits the money 50-50 with the girls. Union rep says, “That’s more like it” and takes a look at the talent for a second before telling the madam he wants the statuesque brunette in stilettos wearing the sheer loungerie. The madam shakes her head sadly, points to a little blue haired lady in a rocking chair wearing a flannel nightgown and says, “I’m sorry, but Betsy has seniority.”
